For limited companies we can offer a full company secretarial service, dealing with the Annual Return and other DTI forms or simply act as your registered office, forwarding all correspondence as required.
For the full company secretarial service, the rate is £18 per hour plus the statutory fees charged by Companies House. If you would like John Nielsen Hall to be named as your company secretary, an additional fee of £850 per annum applies to cover indemnity insurance.
For the registered office service the fee is £1,147 per annum, which covers the indemnity insurance and our fee of £297. We would prefer not to act for PLC's unless the company is dormant or has charitable objects.
